Return & Refund Policy

Products may be eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Product Condition

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and invoices.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after the return window

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Replacement

In case of defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
